A successful club weekend takes preparation. The right accommodation is the foundation: enough room for all the bikes, a convivial space to share road stories, and ideally someone who knows the best roads in the area.

What a motorcycle club wants for its weekend

After years of organising club outings, I've kept a few essential criteria. The garage first: all the bikes sheltered together, locked. It's the absolute non-negotiable.

And finally, the social space. L'Arbre émaillé's garage-bar was designed for this: string lights, exposed beams, tables — the perfect place to debrief the day over a drink.

The routes I prepare for clubs

For each club that comes through, I prepare two or three itineraries suited to the group's level and preferences. The Gâvre forest loop (80 km) for a relaxed morning warm-up, the Vilaine coast (120 km) for a full day, ou la grande boucle vers Guérande (160 km) pour les plus motivés.

Je connais les routes à éviter (travaux, radars, mauvais revêtement) et celles qui valent le détour. Je fournis les tracés GPX sur demande.

Booking for a club — what to plan for

For a club weekend, full private hire is almost always the best option. Contact us early enough (2 to 3 months ahead for spring and summer weekends), describe the group, and we'll build a custom proposal.

Group dinner is included on request — Karine cooks for everyone with local products. Let us know about allergies and dietary restrictions.
